Seeing Green and Shopping Small!

The smell of the season is very present at SGC! We now have fresh cut greens, trees and more! SGC is Harbor Country’s go to Christmas shop now that we have EVERYTHING! From life-like to fresh cut, we have all the selections you need to fill your home with holiday magic!

Our beautiful fresh cut trees are lined up outside and they are all uniquely named so it is easier to pick the perfect tree! We have Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, and many more! If a life-like tree is what you are looking for we have Southwest Michigan’s largest selection! Pre-lit Christmas trees are available to make decorating a little easier. They come in clear, multi-colored and LED!

The selection of fresh cut greens is unbelievable! Have you heard of a kissing ball? I hadn’t, and to think I would have gone my whole life without knowing there was another kiss inducing plant out there! Boughs, swags, garlands, wreaths, tips, centerpieces, it is all here! Make sure you get in this weekend and get what you need before it is gone!

Speaking of this weekend, Sawyer Home & Garden Center is proud to be participating in Small Business Saturday. If you are unfamiliar with this day, it is basically the opposite of “Black Friday”. Instead of supporting major retail corporations, shop at a small business and support your community. Avoid waiting in lines, fighting the crowds, and take your time to shop. A small business can never compete with a major retailers sales, but they can’t compete with our home grown, down to Earth ways.
